Only humped Indian cows
Sahiwal and Gir, and nothing else. Most city dairies that advertise desi milk quietly blend it with Jersey or Holstein-Friesian supply, because the numbers push them to. We keep no exotic cattle at all, which removes the temptation entirely.
Nothing done to it
No standardising the fat, no homogenising, no adding water back. What the cow gave is what reaches you, which is why the cream rises to the top of the bottle and why the taste shifts a little with the season and the fodder.
How the cows live
Grass-fed and unhurried, on one and a half acres at Peddamangalaram. Fresh napier and jowar cut the same day it is fed. No hormone injections, no growth boosters, and no antibiotics unless a veterinarian prescribes them for a particular animal.
Skim milk
We also sell skim milk at ₹80 per litre — the same A2 desi cow milk with the cream taken off for our ghee. It suits households watching fat intake, and it is what many customers use for buttermilk and paneer.
Questions about our milk
Do you deliver milk in Hyderabad?
Yes. Delivery is free within 10 km of the goshala at Peddamangalaram. Beyond 10 km we deliver bulk orders only — ₹1,500 or more, about 10 litres of milk. We call to confirm every order before anything is dispatched. You can also collect from the goshala.
Is your milk really A2?
Yes. The entire herd is humped Bos indicus — Sahiwal and Gir. No Jersey, no Holstein-Friesian, no crossbreds, so there is no A1 milk on the premises to blend with.
When is it delivered?
With the morning milking. Order by 6 pm and we can start from the next morning.
Can I set up a daily delivery?
Yes. Most of our customers take a standing daily quantity. You can pause or change it by telling us before 6 pm the previous day.
