Delivery & Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
Delivery is free within 10 km of the goshala at Peddamangalaram. Beyond 10 km we deliver bulk orders only — ₹1,500 or more, about 10 litres of milk. We do not currently ship outside Hyderabad, because everything we sell is fresh, perishable, or heavy, and none of it travels well. If you are outside the delivery area you are welcome to collect your order from the goshala at Peddamangalaram.

Delivery charges
Delivery is free within 10 km of the goshala. For a bulk order beyond 10 km, any delivery charge is agreed when we call to confirm your order, before anything is dispatched. The total shown on the order form — and any amount you pay online — covers goods only; the delivery charge is settled on delivery.
Confirmation
When you place an order we call you back to confirm the items, the date and the delivery charge. You may pay for the goods online when you order, or on delivery. We may decline or reduce an order if the herd has not given enough milk that day — we would rather tell you honestly than send you something blended. If that happens to an order you have already paid for, we refund the difference, or the whole amount, in full.
Because these are farm products from a small herd, quantities vary day to day. On the rare occasion we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will tell you as early as we can and either reschedule it or refund you in full.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an order
- Milk, curd and skim milk: cancel any time before 6 pm on the day before delivery, at no charge.
- Ghee, gobar mudde and gau khaad: cancel up to 24 hours before the agreed delivery date at no charge. After that, we may have already packed your order.
- Panchagavya: cancel up to 24 hours before delivery. It is prepared fresh on the morning of delivery and cannot be cancelled once made, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.
- Standing daily orders: pause or stop any time by telling us before 6 pm the previous day.

If something is wrong with your order
Tell us the same day for milk and curd, and within 48 hours for everything else. Please keep the item and, if you can, send us a photograph on WhatsApp. We will replace it on the next delivery, or refund it — your choice.
We will do this without argument if the milk or curd has turned, the quantity is short, the wrong item arrived, or the packaging leaked in transit.
What we cannot take back
Fresh milk, curd and panchagavya that have been correctly delivered and accepted cannot be returned, for food-safety reasons. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the product was defective, short, or not what you ordered.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Where payment was made online through Razorpay, the refund is initiated within 3 working days of our agreeing it, and normally reaches your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI transfer to a number you confirm.

This website is operated by Matru Sree Gaushala Samstha Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in India with its farm at Survey No. 250, Peddamangalaram Village, Moinabad Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are farm-gate prices. Delivery is free within 10 km of the goshala; any charge on a bulk order beyond that is confirmed on the call.
- Prices may change; the price we confirm on the call is the price you pay for that order.
- An order is only binding on us once we have confirmed it. See the Delivery policy above.
- We may limit or decline any order, including bulk orders we cannot supply from our own herd.
What we sell, and what we do not claim
We sell milk, curd, skim milk, ghee, panchagavya, dried dung cakes and composted manure from our own desi cows. All of it is produced at our goshala from our own herd.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is a medicine. The material on panchagavya and on Ayurveda is offered for educational and cultural context only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication, please consult a qualified vaidya or your physician before consuming panchagavya.
Payment
You can pay online when you place an order on this website, through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), or pay on delivery by cash or UPI. We never ask for your card number, PIN, OTP or UPI PIN over the phone or on WhatsApp. If anyone claiming to be from Matru Sree Gaushala asks you for those, it is not us — please tell us immediately.
Visiting the goshala
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement. A working farm has animals, uneven ground and machinery. Please stay with your host, keep children with you at all times, and follow what our staff tell you. Visits are at your own risk.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect only what we need to deliver it: your name, mobile number, delivery address, preferred date, any notes you add, and your email address if you choose to give one.
Why we collect it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
- To call or WhatsApp you about that order.
- To keep a record of sales, as a registered company is required to.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us general things — which pages were read, roughly which city a visit came from, and whether an order was completed. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not join it up with your order details. If we are running advertisements, Google also tells us that an order followed an advertisement — again as a count, not as a person. If you would rather not be counted, your browser's private mode or any ad-blocker will stop it.
Payment details
If you pay online, your payment is handled by our payment partner, Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd, on its own secure systems. We receive only a payment reference and the amount. Your card, bank or UPI credentials are never seen by us and are never stored on this website.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires a company to retain its sales records, and then deleted. You can ask us at any time to delete details we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
Write to sowmya.josyula@matrusreegaushala.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on it within 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
